BEST LIFE BREATH
Begin by consciously declaring your intention for this experience.
1. Inhale and breathe in through crown of head and bring breath down spine to navel.
2. Bring breath into Dan Tien center and expand stomach.
3. Exhale and imagine Dan Tien center expanding to about the size of a volleyball.
4. Inhale and breathe in through base of spine and bring breath up to navel.
5. Bring breath into Dan Tien center and expand stomach.
6. Exhale and imagine Dan Tien center expanding to about the size of a volleyball.
7. Inhale and breathe in through crown of head and base of spine bringing breath to navel.
8. Bring breath into Dan Tien center and expand stomach.
9. Exhale and imagine Dan Tien center expanding to about the size of a volleyball.
10. Repeat 7, 8 & 9
11. Inhale and breathe in through crown of head and base of spine bringing breath to navel.
12. Bring breath into Dan Tien center and expand stomach.
13. Exhale and imagine ball of energy emerging from Dan Tien center and flowing to the heart
14. Continue breathing and imagine pictures, feeling, emotions, memories connecting with your 'heart' --- access all of your senses. Recall, imagine, and create experiences with nature, people and self in which you were in a state of joy, bliss, peace and power.
15. To amplify and ground the energy in the body, tone as you exhale.
16. Do this as often as possible during the day --- especially before going to sleep and soon after awaking.
17. Close with a prayer of gratitude.
