Begin by consciously declaring your intention for this experience.
Template Breath - Pineal
1. Place image of template 12 to 18 inches above head ***
2. Allow inhalation to come from center of Universe, flowing
through template and crown
3. Fill pineal gland with vibrations of Universe
4. Etherically expand pineal gland with each exhalation
5. Repeat 12 times visualizing 5 corners of pentagon, 4
corners of square and 3 corners of triangle
6. On 13th breath send energy / exhalation to heart passing
through throat
7. Subsequent breaths send energy / exhalation to all parts of
you or to specific areas
Template Breath Dan Tien
1. Place image of template 12 to 18 inches below feet ***
2. Allow inhalation to come from center of Earth, flowing
through template and base
3. Fill Dan Tien with vibrations of Earth
4. Etherically expand Dan Tien with each exhalation
5. Repeat 12 times visualizing 5 corners of pentagon, 4 corners
of square and 3 corners of triangle
6. On 13th breath send energy / exhalation to heart passing
through Solar Plexus
7. Subsequent breaths send energy / exhalation to all parts of
you or to specific areas

1. Repeat steps 1 through 5 of both Pineal and Dan Tien

2. On 13th breath send energy / exhalation to heart and
expand etherically
